Who has drawn up this Privacy Policy
Race Winning Brands Europe BV (hereinafter to be referred to as: "RWBE") is responsible for collecting and processing personal data as described in this privacy statement.
Why we collect your personal data
We use your data as described in this Privacy Policy to be able to provide you with our services, to respond to your questions and/or, insofar as permitted or required by law, to assist in legal or criminal investigations. We may anonymize and combine the data collected via our website for statistical purposes in connection with expanding our product portfolio and improving our services.

RWBE processes your personal data because you make use of our services and/or because you provide services to us yourself, This includes, among other things, when you:

· Other personal data you actively provide, for instance by completing a client request form on our website, in your correspondence or contact per telephone.

Finally, we collect your personal data by way of the cookies we store or have stored. The latter is subject to your acceptance.
For what purpose do we process personal data?
We only process personal data if we have a sound reason to do so or if a legal ground under the GDPR exists, such as the performance of an agreement. In addition, we store your data for reasons of conducting our own business operations and for administrative purposes.
RWBE processes your personal data for the following purposes:
· Processing your payment.
· Delivering goods and services to you.
· Sending you our newsletter and/or advertising leaflet.
· So as to be able to call or e-mail you if this is required for providing our services.
· To inform you about changes in our services and products.
· To allow you to create an account.
· RWBE analyses your behaviour on the website in order to improve our website and to match our range of products and services to your preferences.
· RWBE also processes personal data if we are under the legal obligation to do so, such as data required for our tax return.
The legal ground for the temporary storage of data and log files is provided in Article 6(1)(c) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Newsletters
You only receive our newsletter if you have subscribed to it. After subscribing, you can cancel your subscription at any time. To that end, use the unsubscribe option presented in all our newsletters or by contacting us.
Who we share your personal data with
We may store your personal data or share the data in some other way with affiliated companies or other trusted business partners that provide services on our behalf, such as technical support or to evaluate the use of our website for marketing purposes or for other types of services. We have contracts with parties that process such data to ensure that the personal data are processed according to our instructions and in conformity with this Privacy Policy and all other applicable confidentiality and security measures.
We only share your personal data with these and other third parties if such is required to be able to provide you with the requested services, if you have authorised them to protect your and our rights, property or safety, or if we are required to do so under applicable law, a judicial order or any other government regulations, or if publication is otherwise required within the context of judicial or criminal investigations or procedures.
Please take into account that the companies that make up part of the Race Winning Brands Inc. (RWB) group and the authorities, customers and suppliers to which we may provide your personal data may be located outside your country, possibly in countries where the prevailing data security legislation may differ from the legislation that is applicable in your country. II - General information data management and security
Deletion of data and data retention period
The personal data of the person involved are deleted or blocked once the objective for which they are retained ceases to exist. Data may furthermore be stored if the European or national legislator requires such in connection with compliance with EU Regulations, legislation (including the fiscal retention obligation and the requirement to keep records) or other provisions applicable to party responsible for the processing.
The data will also be blocked or deleted if the retention term required under such regulations lapses, unless the continued retention of the data is required in connection with the conclusion or performance of an agreement.
Your rights
You have the right to be informed, to have access to your personal data, to have them corrected/rectified and to have them removed/be forgotten. In addition, you have the right to revoke your permission for the processing of your data or to object to the processing of your personal data by RWBE. You also have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request and we will send the personal data that we have in our possession to you or to another organisation of your choosing by way of a computer file.
By way of this policy, we inform you of the fact that we collect and process your data, how we do so and with which parties we may share your data. All requests for access, rectification, removal or transfer of your personal data, all revocations of your permission and all objections to the processing of your personal data can be submitted to your regular contact person or to info@rwbteam.eu.
To verify that the request for access was indeed submitted by you, we request that you attach a copy of your proof of identity to your request. To protect your privacy, black out the photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the bar with numbers at the bottom of the passport), the passport number and the Citizen Service Number. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but at any rate within four weeks.

Exceptions
The right of removal does not apply insofar as the processing is required
· For the execution of the right to freedom of speech and information;
· To comply with a statutory obligation required for processing pursuant to the law of the European Union or the member states that applies to the party responsible for the processing, or for the performance of a duty in the general interest or in compliance with a government request;
· For reasons of public interest in the area of public health, in accordance with Article 9(2)(h) and (i) and Article 9(3) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
· For archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes, in accordance with Article 89(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), insofar as the right referred to under a) would seriously endanger the realisation of the objectives of such processing or render it impossible; or
· To lodge legal claims or institute legal proceedings or raise a defence against such claims.
How we protect personal data
RWBE takes the protection of your data seriously and takes suitable measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unauthorised disclosure or unauthorised alteration. Should you be under the impression that your data are improperly secured or if you observe signs of misuse, please contact us via info@rwbteam.eu.
RWBE will not sell your data to third parties and will only provide them with these data if such is required further to the performance of our agreement with you or to fulfil a statutory obligation. We have concluded agreements with the companies that process your data on our instructions so as to ensure that they observe the same level of protection and confidentiality with respect to your data. RWBE remains responsible for such processing.
· All RWBE servers are physically located in the EU and are therefore not subject to the American Patriot Act.
· We protect your data to prevent them becoming lost or ending up in the wrong hands. Some of the measures that we take include:
· we secure our website using a TLS certificate. This means that confidential information, for instance the data submitted ona contact form, are sent in an encrypted format.
· our software is always up to date and we have a firewall in place.
· access to our electronic systems is secured by way of a password and 2-factor authorisation is applied for external access requests.
· Only authorised staff/third parties have access to your personal data.
· We conclude agreements with third parties that process your personal data on our instructions, thereby ensuring your privacy.

Each time that you visit our website, our system automatically collects data and information on the computer system of the calling computer.

RWBE makes use of cookies. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical functioning of the website and for ease of use. They ensure that the website functions properly and remember your preferences, for instance.

Google Analytics
Our websites use Google Analytics, a web analysis service offered by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies that allow for analysing your use of our website. The information on your use of this website collected by this cookie is generally sent to and stored in a Google server in the USA. If IP anonymizing is activated on our website, then your IP address will automatically be shortened by Google within the European Union member states or in the other member states that make up the European Economic Area. Only in exdceptional casses will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and then subsequently shortened. Google will process this information on behalf of the website owner for reasons of tracking how you use our website, to draft reports on website activities for the website owners and to provide other services related to website use and Internet use. The IP address submitted by your browser to Google Analytics will not be linked to other Google data.
